Store Policies

At Perrysburg Mattress it is our desire that every customer be completely satisfied with their purchase. Please note that when placing a phone order, online order, or an in-person order, we will presume that you have read and understand all our generous store policies as described below.

Comfort Exchange
Every New Serta iComfort Hybrid branded mattress will instantly qualify for a 120 Day Comfort Guarantee with the following guidelines: If, after a minimum of 21 days but not more than 120 days from the delivery/pickup of your new mattress and the verified continuous use of a qualifying mattress protector you feel as though a different mattress would ultimately be more comfortable, you may take advantage of a one-time comfort exchange. Simply pay the difference in the price of the newly selected mattress, a nominal $99.95 processing fee, and any applicable delivery fees. Please note: This comfort exchange does not allow for a credit and/or refund when a mattress of a lesser value is chosen, and the processing fee and applicable delivery fees will always be applied. Exchanges cannot be authorized/performed for issues regarding mattress size, its height, and/or on adjustable bases.

Delivery Service
If you are not available to accept the delivery of your items upon our arrival at a previously scheduled delivery day-date-time, a loading/unloading fee of no less than $65.00 and a re-delivery fee must be paid prior to it being rescheduled. On the rare occasion that a delivered item will not fit into your home or the height of your new mattress and/or box spring is undesirable, a solution to these issues must be addressed at the time of delivery. These issues typically result in additional delivery fees. Also, please be advised that our delivery team cannot move or take away anything but mattresses and box springs during your scheduled delivery.

Canceling an Order-Refunds
We understand that customers’ needs sometimes change and to prove our commitment, we offer a 24-hour grace period to cancel your order with a loss of only 5% of the total order. After the grace period, but prior to receiving your items, you will be responsible for a cancellation fee of 25% of the total order or $250 whichever is greater. EXCEPTION: Please note that floor models, special orders, floor samples, clearance items, and discontinued items are excluded from this offer and are not able to be cancelled for any reason. Every item we sell is intimate in nature and it would be unsanitary and likely illegal to re-sell. For this reason, once you have taken possession of any of the merchandise we sell, we cannot honor a refund of said item.

Adjustable Base Warranties
Adjustable base warranty services are provided solely by the manufacturer, not the retailer. We are always here to help but have limited technical knowledge. For the best service please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty information that came with your adjustable base and direct all questions and/or concerns to the manufacturer. Please note that adjustable bases are not refundable, exchangeable, or returnable.
