In addition to the use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE), frequent cleaning, and new sanitizing requirements, we have made a few changes to our delivery service process.
1) When sensible, we will be encouraging customers to either pick-up their merchandise or opt-in for our new no-contact delivery service. This no-contact delivery will consist of the customer acknowledging our arrival and us then placing the items purchased at their doorstep, in their garage, or other safe place.
2) When in-home delivery is necessary or requested we take extra precautions to address the safety of both our delivery personnel and you, our valued customer.
3) We carry empty mattress bags, shipping tape, and rubber/latex gloves on our truck so we can bag up all used mattress removals safely for transportation to our outdoor storage container. These mattress removals are never brought into our warehouse and/or showroom.
